star-style It’s all about the felt hat this season – floppy and wide brimmed, or structured and mannish like an oversized fedora. It’s also about leather leggings, and trousers. So really like most seasons it’s about a lot of things. Supermodel Rosie HW is looking breezy and chic in her low-key but luxe looking airport chic ensemble. I love this longline cardigan as a coat alternative, especially if you are travelling. You can wrap up in it like a comfy blanket. The high street has done a great take on the hats trend and you’ll find some gorgeous pieces at the likes of H&M, River Island and Tophop. These hats are a fabulous way to give an outfit an instant swishy update. Finally slip into your leathers…and you’ve got supermodel style on a budget. Natalie x

Monochrome is going to be high on the spring/summer hit list. If you’re not up for bold black and white colour-blocking or wild pattern and print, do what Jessica Alba did. Pick a gorgeous lace (texture of the season) dress in a crisp, cool white and then accessorise it with black. This will give you a hint of the trend. When it comes to the shoes stick to strappy sandals. A court will look heavy, unless it has an ultra thin stiletto heel and sharp point. Her knuckleduster has softened all that pretty lace. This is dress is a great piece to carry you through the summer months. Add a tan coloured wedge and oversized shades for a day occasion or give it an evening make-over with metallic accessories in edible sorbet shades. Natalie x

Robert Redford. Swoon. I was watching his son on ITV this morning as he is promoting a film he has just made about dyslexia. Then I got to the office and Chris Evans was playing (on BBC Radio 2) Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head from the movie Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid which stars Robert Redford and Paul Newman. Double swoon. Hence today’s Style Icon. Really I would have just loved to have made it all about Robert Redford. Next time. For a modern take on Katharine Ross’ dreamy, romantic, nostalgic floaty dress-on-bicycle look, I found this floaty silk-crepe dress by Chloé at The Outnet. Now, this sun dappled mood would not be complete without the bicycle, and since we are talking Hollywood and style icons and over all legends the Pashley Princess would be the bicycle version of these.
